Board Vice President, Hayley Hassan - A founding member of FMRA, Hayley Hassan is also a second-year law student at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she serves as a staff editor for University of Baltimore Law Review. Hayley is a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society and is the Public Relations Officer of the Baltimore Federalist Society. Hayley is a legal assistant at Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA and is the owner and founder of The Maryland Princess Company, LLC. This upcoming summer, Hayley will return to Florida and join Kallins, Little & Delgado as a Summer Associate. Hayley has dedicated her second year of law school to researching and writing about the Free Kill Law and its Constitutional violations. Hayley will continue to fight for the repeal of the Florida Free Kill Law and plans to dedicate her legal career to the protection of patient rights and preservation of medical accountability. Hayley is currently classified as a Free Kill in the state of Florida.

He is an active member of The Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Florida Justice Association. As an attorney with Searcy Denney, Mr. Dulcie shares the firm’s commitment to civic responsibility and leadership. Jordan is currently classified as a Free Kill in the state of Florida.
