Onofra Ruiz, a Florida Free Kill Victim. Her Story is Shared by Her Son, A Florida Pastor

In a Gallbladder surgery gone wrong, Ms. Ruiz suffered from injured bowels. Her son found many discrepancies in her medical records, some pages have evidence of having been falsified, but he is unable to get any official review with AHCA or the Department of Health. She was a Florida Free Kill and therefore is not afforded equal protection under the law. Her son is not able to access an attorney, nor a court of law to seek justice. Periodically he shares his thoughts about Florida's Wrongful Death Act and how many people suffer as victims directly from his pulpit. His video testimony is below.
